Refund and Returns Policy
At Koro Bakers, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality baked goods that bring joy to your special moments. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a clear and fair refund and returns policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours from the time of delivery. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Important Notes
- All products are freshly prepared and made to order
- Returns are only accepted under specific conditions
- Proof of issue (photo or video) is required for claims
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product quality does not meet expected standards
- The item is significantly different from what was ordered
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been partially consumed
- Custom cakes or personalized orders (unless defective)
- Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
Refund Process
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Partial refunds may be granted depending on the issue
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank for processing delays
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- Same item replacement will be prioritized
- Delivery charges may apply in some cases
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:
- Cancellation must be requested at least 12 hours before delivery
- Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once preparation begins
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed accordingly
Delivery Issues
We aim to deliver your orders on time and in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues:
- Report damaged items immediately upon delivery
- Ensure correct delivery details are provided at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information
